5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We typically process and ship orders the next business day; however, during high-demand periods, processing may take longer. Estimated delivery is 6–10 business days. Tracking information and carrier details will be provided upon shipment.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please file a claim directly with the carrier. Aervack is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed delivered.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team is considered fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to dispute and take appropriate action.
