Refund Policy

All returns must be new, unused, and in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns that show signs of wear or damage.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items

  • Orders past 30 days from delivery

  • Gift cards and promotional items

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order once your return is approved.

5. Chargebacks

Chargebacks are considered unauthorized and fraudulent if not preceded by contact with our support team.
