Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped the next business day. During high-demand periods, processing may take longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 6–10 business days depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Order Changes

Once an order has been placed and processed in our system, no modifications can be made, including address changes.

4. Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the carrier name, estimated delivery date, and tracking number.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please file a claim directly with the carrier.
